Job description
Leading day-to-day operations in our store located in shopping mall SAGA while actively participating in sales.
Monitor product inventory, handle orders and deliveries, and ensure accurate cash handling.
Lead a small team, ensuring the store is fully staffed, well-organized, and customer ready.
Be first point of contact for HQ, accountants, and shopping mall representatives.
Job requirements
Prior experience in retail is a plus, but not a must. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to lead by example.
Ready to communicate with customers in person, and not afraid to get involved in day-to-day tasks.
Talkative, open, and positive personality.
Excellent Latvian and good English skills to communicate with Estonian colleagues.
Tech-savvy person, with interest in Apple products and Excel knowledge.
