TRADE MARKETING MANAGER (FIXED TERM)

Job description

  • Plan, develop, and execute brand activations across Off-Trade, On-Trade, PR/Sponsorship, Media, and E-commerce channels

  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing campaigns and product launches

  • Manage A&P and P&L responsibilities for assigned brands

  • Localize and adapt global brand assets to align with Latvian market needs and legal requirements

  • Oversee trade plans and coordinate monthly Marketing & Sales meetings

  • Manage relationships with local merchandising agencies and external partners

  • Handle POS materials, ensuring sufficient stock levels and proper reporting

  • Execute media activities in close collaboration with the Brand Manager

  • Lead the development and execution of sponsorship events, PR activities, and brand education programs

  • Track and report on brand and competitor performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, sales, and regional functions

Job requirements

  • A university degree in Business or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG or Wine & Spirits industry

  • A fast-learning mindset with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt in a dynamic environment

  • Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer-oriented, and teamwork abilities

  • A high level of initiative, with strategic thinking, creativity, and effective problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in English and Latvian (for communication with both the team and customers across the Baltics)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
