SENIOR LOW-CODE DEVELOPER / TECH LEAD

Who We Are Looking For

As a Senior Low-Code Developer & Tech Lead, you will be the key interface between our team and our clients. You will oversee project requirements, ideas, and tasks, ensuring seamless coordination within our team. At the same time, you will tackle complex client challenges at their core and develop innovative, scalable solutions to drive business success. While your role is highly technical, you will also gain deep insights into clients’ business processes and strategies.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the development of low-code projects from initial concept to implementation and delivery.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, aligning technical solutions with business goals.

• Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in software development and project execution.

• Conduct and facilitate workshops to understand client needs, define project scopes, and identify optimization opportunities.

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions that enhance efficiency and automate manual processes.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous process improvements.

• Stay ahead of technological advancements and drive innovation within the low-code development space.

Strong background in software development with a focus on low-code platforms (Mendix).

Experience managing complex technical projects with deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and implement scalable solutions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience working directly with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects and technical decisions with potential to lead a development team.

Ideally, you hold at least the Mendix Advanced Developer Certification.

Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate across all regions.

Will be a plus: a good sense of business and process optimization; German language skills.
