VENDOR MANAGER

Own and develop relationships with strategic third parties, spanning contract performance management, compliance oversight, continuous improvement, and supporting commercial discussions with sourcing in the lead.

Lead initial and periodic third‑party risk and compliance assessments; define, track, and drive mitigations to closure.

Act as a primary escalation point for vendor-related issues and coordinate resolutions across Legal, Risk, IT, and Operations.

Translate assessments, KPIs, and issues into clear, concise management reporting to support decision-making.

Bring a builder mindset: identify opportunities to use AI and automation (and a strong willingness to learn, test and adopt new tools) to streamline vendor management, compliance and reporting processes.

Min 3 years’experience in Sourcing, Vendor Management or Indirect Procurement, or a comparable role managing third parties (third-party risk management, compliance experience or contract management is a strong advantage).

Hands-on AI experience (no code) is a plus; strong willingness to learn and apply AI to improve efficiency is required.

Analytical and structured mindset, with experience using data to drive insights, decisions, and performance reporting, plus interest and affinity for digitalization and AI.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Operational Risk, Finance, IT and Operations).

Fluency in English for collaboration with teams and management in Switzerland
