FACTORY MANAGER

As Factory Manager, you will take full responsibility for the factory’s daily operations, financial performance, on-time deliveries and team leadership. The role is highly operational – approximately 70% of your time will be spent on-site in the production environment, ensuring smooth processes and strong team coordination.

The company is currently undergoing a significant digital transformation that will also impact production processes. You will play a key role in implementing new procedures and ensuring that the factory can increasingly be monitored and managed based on performance data and KPIs, using Power BI and the ERP system.

Your main duties will include:

• Full operational and financial responsibility for the factory

• Budget planning, cost control, and monthly financial reporting

• Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators

• Production planning and ensuring delivery deadlines are met

• Leading and developing department managers and factory staff

• Ensuring smooth workflow across knitting, stitching, and warehouse operations

• Driving digital optimization projects and continuous improvement initiatives

• Daily close cooperation with the Danish headquarters

We are looking for a hands-on, analytical, and people-oriented leader with strong production and financial understanding.

Required experience:

• Proven experience as a Factory / Plant / Production Manager

• Experience in the textile industry is a strong advantage

• Solid financial competence (budgeting, reporting, KPI analysis)

• Experience in production planning and ERP systems

• Strong Excel skills

• Excellent Latvian and English language skills (to ensure effective communication with headquarters)
