Job description

  • Establish and maintain operational best practices for Azure and M365 environments.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for streamlined operational tasks.
  • Document design choices, operational procedures, and configurations.
  • Participate in the planning, design, and implementation processes.
  • Perform technical analysis and create development proposals.
  • Analyze logs and monitoring to assess system governance state and resilience.
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support and incident management of the existing infrastructure.
  • Proactive and reactive customer consulting.

Job requirements

  • Sound professional experience in IT engineering with emphasis on cloud (M365 and Entra ID).
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and services (e.g. Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams).
  • Proven experience of PowerShell (Graph) for automations and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Collaborative and able to communicate effectively and asynchronously.
  • Good English skills to collaborate with international clients.
