Job description
- Establish and maintain operational best practices for Azure and M365 environments.
- Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for streamlined operational tasks.
- Document design choices, operational procedures, and configurations.
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation processes.
- Perform technical analysis and create development proposals.
- Analyze logs and monitoring to assess system governance state and resilience.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support and incident management of the existing infrastructure.
- Proactive and reactive customer consulting.
Job requirements
- Sound professional experience in IT engineering with emphasis on cloud (M365 and Entra ID).
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and services (e.g. Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams).
- Proven experience of PowerShell (Graph) for automations and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Collaborative and able to communicate effectively and asynchronously.
- Good English skills to collaborate with international clients.
