RELEASE AND TRANSITION MANAGER

Job description

Transition & Project Management: Plan and execute comprehensive transition strategies, including the breakdown of complex projects into manageable work packages.
Process Restructuring & ITSM Adaptation: Restructure and adapt IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, with a specific focus on change, incident, problem, and release management.
Change & Release Management: Oversee change management for customer projects, ensuring all changes are coordinated in accordance with ITIL standards.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Deliver presentations and updates, clearly communicating complex issues in an understandable manner to varied audiences.
Documentation & Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve internal processes to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices.

Technical & Methodological Expertise (ITSM/ITIL): Proven experience in full-scale project transition management, with a track record of managing projects through defined phases from initiation to completion.
Analytical & Process Improvement Mindset: Experience in analyzing customer requirements, process optimization, and ensuring projects meet quality standards.
Organizational & Leadership Abilities: Strong capability in stakeholder management, capable of influencing and driving consensus across diverse groups.
Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to approach stakeholders at all levels to get things done in a timely and effective manner.
Strong English skills to effectively communicate with foreign customers.
