Job description

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets with key retail & wholesale customers in Latvia

  • Shape and execute local sales and marketing strategy

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including visits, trainings, showroom checks and market insights

  • Promote and establish Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard as preferred brands in the Bathroom & Wellness industry

  • Represent the company at trade shows, meetings, and industry events

  • Collaborate closely with the Baltic and international teams

Job requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (area of building materials, interior solutions would be an advantage)

  • Skills: strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently; ability to work in a dynamic, international environment

  • Computer literacy: MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Salesforce knowledge is a plus

  • Languages: fluent in Latvian and English (for communication and collaboration with Baltic team)

  • Other: valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within Latvia and occasionally abroad
