Job description
Achieve sales and profitability targets with key retail & wholesale customers in Latvia
Shape and execute local sales and marketing strategy
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including visits, trainings, showroom checks and market insights
Promote and establish Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard as preferred brands in the Bathroom & Wellness industry
Represent the company at trade shows, meetings, and industry events
Collaborate closely with the Baltic and international teams
Job requirements
3–5 years of B2B sales experience (area of building materials, interior solutions would be an advantage)
Skills: strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently; ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
Computer literacy: MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Languages: fluent in Latvian and English (for communication and collaboration with Baltic team)
Other: valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within Latvia and occasionally abroad
