CUSTOMER AND ORDER SERVICE COORDINATOR (B2B)

Job description

  • Process incoming B2B customer requests via email and the customer portal, and ensure fast, clear responses.

  • Order management in ERP (SAP/ERP): enter/update orders, track deliveries, and keep data accurate.

  • Provide order status and delivery information and handle general product/support communication.

  • Support customers in all situations professionally – keep communication clear, respectful, and solution-focused.

  • Coordinate internally across teams (production, logistics, quality) to resolve issues quickly; provide light logistics support for special shipments and information collection.

  • Create simple reports for management using ERP data.

  • Maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent, professional follow-up and two-way information flow.

Job requirements

  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

  • Confidence in customer-facing conversations, and the ability to stay professional in all situations.

  • Comfort with MS Office and ERP systems, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • English language skills to work with IT systems, colleagues from Germany, and customers all around the world.

  • Experience in a similar domain is an advantage, but not mandatory.
