  • Develop and execute sales strategies for private events, venue hire, and catering services

  • Build partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners

  • Create event and catering packages, pricing, and promotional materials

  • Manage the full event sales cycle — from inquiry and site visits to execution and follow-up

  • Coordinate catering operations, including menus, logistics, and staffing

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while managing pipeline and forecasts

  • Represent the restaurant group at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Amata prasības

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality, events, or B2B sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience in event planning, venue management, or catering sales preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (for communication with company management) and Latvian

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, project management and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Understanding of hospitality operations and food service industry

  • Proactive and results-driven: entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem-solver, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering results.

  • Professional and adaptable: strong networker with excellent relationship-building skills, polished presence, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends
